Appetizer: For my appetizer, I make Tzatziki. This is a yogurt-based dip. This was consumed with pita bread. This was good. It covered the dairy portion and some portion of the vegetable (cucumbers) of the food plate and was very pleasing. To improve on this, I think that I would add mint leaves. I also chopped vegetables for garnish throughout the meal. These vegetables were present throughout the meal and could be added
Small plate: For my small dish, I prepared hummus. I love hummus and pita, so having hummus was a good source of fiber, plus it was a nice snacking food for the next couple of days. To improve on the hummus, I think I will try to add more vegetables to it.
This is a final product photo: Even though each of my components were separate dishes, I decided to combine them all together to make this greek chicken wrap.

Entree: For my entree, I prepared Greek Chicken. This was a good source of protein for my meal. This chicken had a lot of spices, so it was very flavorful, I really enjoyed it.
Reflection:
I made my meal so that it was nutritionally balanced, tasty, and affordable. I included whole grains (pita), vegetables (cucumbers, onions, tomatoes), dairy (tzatziki), and protein (chicken). This meal was delicious in taste and had a greek theme. It was also affordable. I paid $30 for all of the ingredients but did not finish all of the spices, so I can use those for later meals. I found it useful to budget for everything, so I gained an idea of how much everything cost. Also, since I have been growing my pantry, I did not need to purchase more tahini for my hummus, which was nice.
Even though I budgeted for it, I did not make the fried halloumi cheese or the falafel. I deliberately did not cook these items because I felt like I had too much food at that point. My two dips and greek chicken were filling by themselves, especially since pita was incorporated in each dish.
