Reflection
Japanese Curry is my favorite among all of the curry
options. There are other curry styles in different Asian countries, Indian
Curry, Thai Curry, Japanese Curry, etc. But Japanese is my favorite because the taste is smoother, sweeter, and less spicy. Making curry is also a fun thing to
do, also very easy. I have learned how to make Japanese style curry since I was
12 years old. I did forget to buy carrots this time, usually, I do put carrots
in my curry to meet the daily nutrition need of vitamin B. But I did add an
apple into the curry, which is a thing that I usually do not do. I add an apple
this time because I wanted the curry to taste sweeter. The curry tastes
wonderful with steamed rice.
