week 10 Make-up

I made these deviled eggs a few weeks back and forgot to post for week 10, They are very simple and taste pretty good and make a great snack. I first boiled some eggs to a hard boil. Then took them out peeled them and cut them in half. I then took out the yolk of all of the eggs and then mixed in the mayo, mustard, vinegar, and a little salt and pepper and then mixed them until the consistency was right. This worked out good but would be a pain if i were making a larger batch. The eggs were just mixed with a fork and a powered mixing device would be better for next time. Overall they turned out good and tasted fine, this is something that i wont make all the time but every once in a while they make a good snack. For this weeks wild card technique I just used egg and made the deviled eggs.
