Chana Masala with Lemon Rice

The food that I made was okay. I feel like the coriander overpowered the Chana Masala. I think next time I might use a more Indian based recipe. My Indian friend suggested that I watch a chef by the name of VahRehVah. I checked out his video and I like the way that he explained each step. The lemon rice turned out really well, but the peanuts were a little burnt. I like that the rice grains were separable though. I think I will make this meal in the future because it tastes good and left me feeling full, however, I think I would like to make naan instead of rice with the chana masala.
