Week 8: Mediterranean Flatbread

For this week's recipe, I made homemade hummus and roasted kale.

I based my the hummus recipe off of a variety of hummus recipes, but more so followed this one: https://www.inspiredtaste.net/15938/easy-and-smooth-hummus-recipe/ 

I chose to make this recipe because I love hummus and I thought that the kale would be a nice touch to a healthy meal. I liked this meal because I like hummus. I would make this meal again because it was easy to make and prepare. The tahini was a bit expensive at the store, but I think that I can make more hummus with it in the future. I think that my hummus was a lot smoother than the store-bought hummuses. 






The roasted kale was okay. I don't think that I will make roasted kale again because it was just mediocre.
