Burrito Bowls

This week, I made burrito bowls because they're cheap, easy, and filling. This meal is also very versatile, which makes it easier for me to please each of my roommate's tastes.





For the grain, I cooked up some brown rice. I also sliced a yellow and orange pepper, along with an onion. I sauteed these on the stove with some seasoning while the rice was cooking.













Alongside the rice and peppers, I had beans, corn, cheese, salsa, and guacamole.
This meal is one that I make frequently because of how easy it is. It also can be made in large batches and is perfect for meal prepping!
