Week 7 - Egg

Egg Bake

Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Soy Sauce
- Black Pepper
- White Pepper
- Green Onion
- Mushroom
- Pork
- Egg

Process: Cook pork in olive oil until browned. While cooking pork chop green onions and mushrooms. Once pork is browned remove and put in vegetables. Once vegetables are cooked add vegetables to pork. Add egg to pork and vegetable mixture. Put mixture in oven and let bake until done.

Reflection: I really enjoyed making this. This dish is something my dad always used to make because it is incredibly easy to make. The dish also doesn't taste half bad, so that's a plus. I also like this meal because there's little to no carbohydrates. I particularly like that when I'm working out a lot and want extra protein in my diet. I also like that this can feed me over the course of at least 2 days, possibly 3 depending on how hungry I am. I will definitely be making this dish again.
