Recipe NameSpaghetti with avocado pasta sauce


List of Ingredients:
·       12 ounces spaghetti
·       2 avocados--halved, pitted and peeled
·       1 garlic clove smashed
·       1 bunch scallions, roughly chopped
·       Juice of 1 lemon
·       ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
·       Salt and freshly ground black pepper
·       ½ cup chopped parsley, for garnish
Personal Comment, reflection:
The weekly technique was incorporated in this recipe by using Wholes grain spaghetti that was boiled for 8 minutes. This is a very simple recipe, easy to make in less than 20 minutes. I am pretty satisfied with the result, and as you can see on the pictures, the dish looks good. This Spaghetti with avocado pasta sauce recipe is really healthy and delicious. Furthermore, you do not need to add any protein source such as meat or seafood to this meal. It is a pretty heavy meal that could work perfectly as a daily food for a student like me. In addition, I really like the taste that the lemon juice brings to the avocado sauce. It is actually very good, so I will be making my avocado sauce on that way most often.
