Week 5 Braised Brussel Sprouts


This week I made braised brussel sprouts. They had pancetta as a way to incorporate fats. They were really flavorful with the butter and salt. The other ingredients really helped me to enjoy eating brussel sprouts. It braised it by cooking it in chicken stock. This recipe was delicious and made the kitchen smell amazing. I would highly recommend this for people who have a hard time eating vegetables. If I did not prefer my sprouts roasted this would have been my favorite way to eat sprouts.
