Recipe name: veggie scrambled eggs
This is a recipe that I started making it a couple years by adding whatever was in the fridge.



The ingredients are:
-2 eggs
-a splash of milk
-2 small bell peppers
-mushrooms
-red onions
-spinach
-avocado
-basil, salt & pepper
-1 tsp of olive oil
-whole grain bread (Trader Joe's Brand)
-apple (on the side)
Reflection:
This is probably my all time favorite recipe to make. I usually make it after a workout because it takes less than 10 minutes. Also, I know I'm getting my carbs, protein, fats, and many nutrients from it. I usually pair it with a protein shake to ensure I'm getting enough protein after a workout. There isn't really anything I'd change about this recipe, especially since I've been making it for years and it has yet to get old. Although, I have recently been adding basil since my food pantry has been expanding. If I had to change something, maybe I'd learn how to make it into an omelette to spice things up.
