Week 5 Spaghetti Carbonara
This week I made spaghetti carbonara. This week’s technique was eggs. I had pasta and eggs so this dish fit perfectly. I recently noticed I have started to get ideas on what to make through what I already own. This recipe was quick and relatively simple. This is not my first time making carbonara sauce and have gotten better at it as I go. The easiest mistake to make is heating the eggs too quickly. Luckily I did not do that this time. One thing that I would have changed would be using whole grain pasta. This recipe was a success and I highly suggest making it.
