Final Meal

  The menu theme of this final meal is "Asian". The first one is Chongqing noodle as an appetizer, the main course is curry, the desert is an egg pie. They are all my favorite foods back in China.
  In China, we usually use some spicy or sour food as appetizers, and this noddle is one of my favorite foods and it's easy to make.
                                      Chongqing noodles
                                      Ingredients: Szechuan Noodle, Green onion, Chili oil, Chili oil w/ black beans, prickly ash oil, salt, and chili powder.

Steps:
1)boil the noodles until they are cooked
2)make a mixture with chili oil, chili oil w/ black beans, prickly ash oil, salt, and chili powder
3) pour the mixture on the cooked noodles
4) put sliced green onions on the top

Japanese Curry beef
ingredients: Beef, Milk, Cooking wine, Salt, Grape-seed oil, Soy sauce, Potatoes, beef soup bone, Carrots, Curry seasonings, ginger root

Steps:
1) Put the soup bone into boiling water

2) Cut the beef into cubes
3) stir fry the beef until surface turns brown

4) Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes
5) Stir fry the potatoes and carrots
6) Put cooked beef, potatoes, and carrots into the soup
7) Add two tablespoons each of salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine into the soup
8) put a whole ginger root into the soup
9) Put the curry seasonings into the soup when is soup is boiling
10) Add a cup of milk into the curry
11) Cook under medium heat for more than thirty minutes until the liquid getting think

Egg pie
Ingredients: Grape-seed oil, honey, eggs, salt and milk

Steps: 
1)Make a mixture with eggs, honey, and milk
2)heat the pan up and add two tablespoons of oil
3) Add two teaspoons of salt and fry the egg mixture under medium heat 
4) Flip it over and keep frying until it is cooked
5) Cut the egg pie into pieces
