-Whipping Cream
For the final meal I made roasted vegetables as a side. In order to make them i cut them all up into equally sized pieces(eyeballed of course). Then I put some olive oil in a pan and heated it up. After that I put my vegetables in and cooked until they were done but still had some bite. Next were the Chicken wings for an appetizer. In order to make the chicken wings I covered them liberally with salt and pepper. Then I put them in the air fryer and let them cook. Finally I made shrimp and bacon chowder for the main course. In order to make it you cook bacon in a pot once the bacon is cooked remove it and add shrimp to pot and cook in bacon fat. Once shrimp is almost cooked through pour in chicken broth and simmer. After simmering stir in cream. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Finally add bacon as garnish.
The theme of this three meal course is "Food that I would make and eat because I bought the ingredients." All in all it was pretty decent. I kind of messed up the chowder in that it was wayyyy too soupy, but the other two dishes turned out fine. I probably wouldn't do this again or make the wings or chowder again, but it was definitely fun to try and see if I like it.
