This is a traditional Chinese dish and we usually have in Mid-Autumn Festival. Mooncake usually has some pattern on the surface. But I don't have the tool to make it. The sugar and oil content in the mooncake is too high so mooncakes are not healthy. However, I still finished all of them with my boyfriend the next day because they are so delicious. Also, I changed the amount of filling and dough ratio because I can't wrap the 80g filling inside the 22g dough so I left the half bowl of filling. I ate them all in 2 days.
