wk8 beef and onion noodles

Ingredient:

  • Beef
  • One red onion
  • Dry noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • Chicken essence
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 13-spices
  • Black pepper powder
Steps:

  1. Cut beef into small pieces and add soy sauce, black pepper powder, and 13-spices into a bowl. 
  2. Cut the red onion into small pieces.
  3. Put vegetable oil into the wok.
  4. After the oil is hot, put beef and cook for a few minutes. 
  5. Put onion into the wok.
  6. After the onion is soft, add water.
  7. Put dry noodles into the wok after the water boiling. 
  8. Cook for 8 minutes and add chicken essence and salt for the flavor. 
Reflection:
This is the second time I cook this. First time I cook this because I left half the onion and beef in my refrigerator. I use the half onion for the Whole-grain meal. And I don't eat onion in the past because I don't like the sweet taste of the dish. But now, beef and onion soup become my favorite noodles soup in my noodles. I think the reason is the sweet onion flavor can't taste from the soup. I eat all the noodles in this picture and even the soup.
