Reflection
Pakchoi is one type of vegetables I get used to eating when I was in China. My mom taught me to stir fry the Pakchoi when I was younger. It is a very simple, fast, and healthy dish. I always serve fried Pakchoi with plain congee. Since it is the midterm week, I have to save most of my time studying for the midterms. So I made plain congee and stir-fried Pakchoi. It took me around 15 minutes to finish the dish.
