Chinese Burrito
Vegetable and meat
Ingredient for Stir-fried Potato floss

  • Potato
  • Dry red pepper
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • Vegetable oil 
Steps:

  1. Cut potato into floss
  2. soak in water to remove the starch
  3. Put vegetable oil into the wok and put dry red pepper after the oil is hot.
  4. Put the potato and add vinegar and salt.
ingredient for stir-fried eggplant

  • Vegetable oil 
  • eggplant
  • salt
  • garlic
Steps:

  • Put minced garlic into the hot oil
  • Put small pieces eggplant and salt into the wok.
Ingredient and step for celery: same with eggplant
Ingredients for beef:

  • Minced garlic
  • Beef
  • Green onion
  • vegetable oil 
  • salt
  • soy sauce
Step:

  1. Put garlic and green onion into the wok after the oil is hot.
  2. Put beef with salt and soy sauce
Ingredient for egg sauce:

  • Egg(beat)
  • Salt
  • green onion
  • vegetable oil
  • Pork ribs sauce(bought from market)
Step:

  1. Put salt into the eggs, and green onion into the hot oil. 
  2. Add ribs sauce
Ingredient for cucumber: Cucumber
Step: cut into floss
Reflection:
This dinner took a long time to prepare. I need to cut everything so they can be ready to cook. I only have one wok for stir-fry so I cook them one by one. I bought the burrito from the market because I don't have time to make it. The egg sauce should add cornstarch to thick it so it can be stick on the burrito. Some vegetables should put less salt because it tastes too salty in the burrito. Next time, I think I will just cook less vegetable to make the burrito. 4 dishes of vegetables are too much for me.
