Week 8 Meat Loaf


I made this Meat Loaf from a basic recipe that I learned from a friend that used to be in the house. Basically one cant mess up a meat loaf as long as there is enough moisture in it which is provided by the ketchup and other sauces. This is all mixed together then put into a bread pan and is them pressed into the pan. This I have found to be key so the loaf maintains its shape and can be cut and served nicely. Cooking the loaf is simple enough with just ensuring that the meat is cooked all the way through and does not dry out.
