- I do think my food budget is adequate to purchase food to support a nutritionally balanced diet. A lot of the food that I am purchasing for this meal is produce and spices. Since I own a lot of the spices, I do not think it'll be too expensive. My budget is around $40.
- Have you made any changes since the beginning of class to either your food budgeting or food purchasing habits? If so, what were they?
- I make sure to be aware of what I have in my pantry so that I do not overbuy.
- Has your cooking and/or eating changed? If so, how?
- My cooking skills have definitely improved because I now feel confident in my cooking skills.
