Question 1:
I do believe that my food budget is enough to support a nutritionally balanced diet. The only thing that could arguably be cut down on is my meat consumption, but other than that my food budget is rather cheap as I try to cook all my meals. Typically consisting of some sautéed vegetables, a protein, and maybe a carbohydrate such as rice or pasta because it's easy and I have to spend minimal time in the kitchen.
Question 2:
I have indeed made changes to my food purchasing habits. I simply eat out less. I eat out less due to a mixture of wanting to cook new and different things and find different ways to make my food taste good, but also because it simply saves money.
Question 3:
My cooking and eating habits have changed a little bit. After starting this class I notice that like I stated before, I eat fast food or buy food less. Cooking wise I have cooked about the same amount as I did before, but my cooking has become a bit more adventurous. I find myself ready and willing to try something new much faster than before, this class has made me more comfortable and has showed me how much fun you can have cooking with friends.
