Eggs

This week for the cooking assignment I made eggs. I didn’t use a recipe because it was very very simple. I made fried eggs over easy and put them on a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a slice of pepper jack. 
First I warmed the skillet with butter, then I put 4 eggs on medium/high heat. Then I waited a minute or two before flipping them and then took them off of the stove pretty quickly to ensure they were still runny. 

Overall this was easy and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised that my egg yolks were still runny because I thought I left them on the stove too long. A lot of times when I try to make over-easy eggs they don’t turn out quite right, either I break the yolk while they’re still cooking or I overcook them so the yolk isn’t runny anymore. This time it went well for me. Something I would like to add next time would be some meat, either turkey or bacon. I think that could add another yummy dimension to this bagel egg and cheese. Over easy eggs are my favorite kind of eggs.
