2. I definitely think my food budget is adequate to support a nutritionally balanced diet. It has enough carbs, protein, and nutrients.
I haven't made much of a difference to food budgeting, but I have changed my food purchasing habits. I definitely have expanded the kinds of foods I've eaten.
My cooking has changed because I cook a lot of different meals, and not the same things every week like I used to. I use a variety of different ingredients and seasonings, while before this class I mostly stuck with olive oil and salt and pepper. I think my eating has changed, too, because I make sure to get in most of my macronutrients, I think before I was sometimes lacking protein. Overall, I am much more comfortable in the kitchen.
