The total cost for all of my ingredients was $12.85. Considering this meal fed 4-6 people, this is a very good price (only about $2.50 per person)! This meal cost me a lot less than my normal food expenditures because I already had a lot of the ingredients in my pantry/fridge.

- Since the beginning of this class, I have really made a conscious effort to reduce my food waste. I do this by grocery shopping each week and buying smaller amounts as well as meal prepping.
- Has your cooking and/or eating changed? If so, how?
- I’ve started cooking more of my food at home and I avoid eating out. This has saved me a lot of money and reduced the amount of food waste I create.
