Recipe name: Roast beef
Ingredients:
1)Rump Roast beef
2)Grapeseed oil
3)Black pepper
4)Staek seasoning
5)Garlic powder
6)Rosemary
8)Salt
Steps:
1)Deforst the Steak and use paper towel to absorb the moisture
2)Use a little bit of grapeseed oil and fry the fat side of the steak first when the pan is heated up
3)Fry the other three sides of the steak and the two big sides, each side for 2 mins
4)put two tablespoon of butter on the pan and add garlic powder and rosemary
5)Pour butter over the beef for 3 mins
6)Seasoning the beef with salt, black pepper and steak seasoning
7)Set the tempeature to 425 and Put the steak in the oven for 60 mins.
Reflection:
The roast beef is well done, and have rich of flavor with multiple flavors mixed together: Butter, rosemary, salt, black pepper and steak seasoning. And because i pan-fried the steak before i put it in the oven, the beef juice does not come out a bit, so the whole beef taste very juicy. And it is a 2.2 lbs roast beef, so i can eat for two meals, it is way cheaper than eating at restaurants. And beef has a good amount of fat and protein provided for human bodies to normally function, and amino-aicd for the growth of muscle.
