week 7

For this week, the technique is eggs, so I decided to make a classic American food, Omelet
For Omelet making, we need eggs, shrimps, butter, salt,  milk and cheese.



Process:
First, we blend three eggs and mix with 3 tablespoons of whole milk.  Then melt 1 tablespoon of butter on a non-stick pan, put the liquid eggs on the pan and fry until the liquid getting thick. When the egg liquid started to move slowly, put a lot of cheese, boiled shrimps and veggies on it, and keep frying until the cheese is melted completely. Flip the omelet over and put it on the plate. Get ready to have this delicious breakfast.


Reflection:
Omelet was the first food I got, the first time I have been to America. And that was at 3 a.m in the morning, so I always have a special feeling about the omelet. And this time, the technique is eggs, so I was thinking it will be so good to make an omelet by myself. So I googled it and got the recipe and follow the instruction and made the first omelet by myself. The omelet has a lot of cheese in it, that's exactly what I like, and the egg was burnt a little bit which made the omelet looks better. It has really good taste and gave me a beautiful morning.
