Week 7

Egg Omelet.
For this week I was cramped for time and whipped up a quick omelet with onion and some garlic. To start I got a pan nice and hot with sesame oil and the added the onion and garlic. After browning the garlic and onions I took them out of the hot pan and then beat them into the eggs and mixed them up good. After that I kept the pan hot and added the egg mixture in and fried up the onion in the hot pan. Having the pan hot helps it not stick and the omelet to be made better. For this I did not use any recipe and just threw it together. For the 5 minutes it takes to make this meal it is fast and easy and if I had any spinach on hand it would add to it and make a great meal for people to make when in a crunch for time.
