Omelet
Ingredient:
- 4 eggs
- vegetable oil
- roasted sesame oil
- salt
- black pepper powder
- spinach
- Green onion
- Cut the green onions into small pieces.
- Beat eggs, salt, black pepper and green onions in a bowl.
- Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan.
- Pour in the egg mixture.
- Put spinach on the top.
- When the bottom surface is solid, flip it.
This is a very easy dish. I usually cook the eggs without vegetable. My mom always put the omelet into the cold noodles. The vegetable on the top can be changed to any kind of vegetable that takes a short time. I put mushroom on the top before and it was delicious. The problem is the mushroom is not like leaves vegetables. They would separate the eggs into pieces. I add a little bit sesame oil because sesame oil has a special flavor. My boyfriend said it smelled like dumplings(He loves dumplings).
