Braised Balsamic Chicken from allrecipes.com

Ingredients:
-6 chicken thighs
-Salt
-Black Pepper
-Olive Oil
-1 can crushed tomatoes
-Balsamic Vinegar
-Basil
-Oregano
-Rosemary
-Thyme
I incorporated the weekly technique by browning my chicken in olive oil then adding the tomatoes, vinegar, and spices, dropping the heat, covering, and letting it slowly simmer which met the requirement to braise.
Reflection:
I really enjoyed this meal, I followed the instructions on the website exactly. One small change I would make personally is to use less balsamic vinegar next time as it almost over powered the dish. Fortunately it turned out to be very moist, well seasoned chicken with just a tad too much balsamic, which isn't a bad thing. Other than my own personal tastes, I really liked how the dish turned out and how easy it was to make.
