Reflection:
The preparation for this dish is much simpler compared to the quesadilla I made last week, and this dish is also one of the first dishes I cooked that doesn't involve any meat. The most tricky part will be to slightly fry the tofu. Extra-firm tofu was purchased so that the tofu could stay in shape while being cooked. The vegetable was cut in the normal fashion. It was a bit difficult to cook the broccoli in the beginning, so I added some water to the skillet to facilitate cooking. The addition of sesame sauce made this dish a lot tastier, and in the future, I may consider using the sesame ginger sauce recipe from the class for the stir fry dishes at home.
