Recipe name/source: Avocado salad

This snack contains cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh mozzarella, avocado, balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil, salt and pepper. I have no set portions, but rather I just add an even amount of tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh mozzarella (usually 1/3-1/2 cup each). I will usually include 1/4- 1/2 of an avocado. Next, I add 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and a 1 teaspoon of olive oil. This is one of my favorite snacks because its fast and easy to make, while being filling. Oftentimes, I will cut the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese in bulk, and then take a portion out to eat and add the avocado and balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil. This is so the avocado doesn't brown as fast in the container and so the dressing doesn't make the tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese soggy. If I were to add anything, perhaps I would red onions and basil to add more flavor. Other than that, I would not change anything.

I incorporated the weekly technique by slicing cherry tomatoes and cucumbers in half.
