Week 4


I made a meatless spaghetti sauce with onions and garlic in it along with a
Parmesan chicken on the side. To start I blended the diced tomatoes and
added the chopped onions and garlic along with Italian spices and some
Parmesan cheese graded on stop and brought to a slow boil. I added a little
bit of sugar, salt and crushed red pepper. After letting it then simmer for 15
minutes or so it was ready to go. I cooked some penne noodles to go along
with the sauce and then cooked some Parmesan chicken with it. The chicken
was cooked in the oven and was first brushed in ranch then coated with a
Parmesan and cornflakes topping then baked for 35 minutes then put on the
spaghetti sauce then served.
