Easy bake egg-en

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, whisked
6 slices bacon, diced
2 slices bread, cubed
1/3 red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, or to taste
salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Stir cheddar cheese, eggs, bread, bacon, peppers, onion, milk, garlic, and salt and pepper to a bowl.
3. Pour contents of bowl into dish and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.

The weekly technique this time around is eggs, or the use of. An egg bake is obviously a great choice for applying this technique in a very tasty way.

Reflection:
Not a whole lot to reflect on here. I love eggs and we decided to try the omega-3 eggs. They were noticeably more yellow which meant they appeared to be healthier. Gluten-free bread was used. Turkey bacon was used rather than pork bacon because it's healthier. It was delicious, I was quite happy with the taste and appearance!
