Wk 7- Chili Cheese Cube Quiche


For this week's meal, I decided to make the quiche that I always made for my mom on Mother's Day. Using only 7 ingredients (most of which I already had at home), this meal was super inexpensive and easy to make.

I had my mom send me a picture of the recipe, which was very simple and written by a typewriter! 


Unlike recipes that you find online today, this one was straight and to the point. Alongside the quiche, I also had roasted potatoes. For the potatoes, I cut them into cubes and mixed them w/ 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of "herbs de providence", and 1 tsp of salt. Then, I roasted them in the oven for about 30 minutes w/ the quiche. 
The quiche turned out great and all of my roommates enjoyed it! It made enough for 5 people and we even had extra leftover.
