Basic Deviled Eggs

6 large eggs

1/8 teaspoon salt

Personal comments/ Reflection:
It took me a while (1 hour approximately) to complete
this recipe, but I am pretty satisfied with the result. These basic devil eggs
are delicious and they look great as you can notice in picture 2 below.
The weekly technique has been incorporated into the recipe by boiling the eggs
for 15 minutes, letting them cool for 20 minutes in some cold water, and removing the
yolks that I mixed with the other ingredients. I was not sure about the type of
pepper recommend in the recipe, so I used lemon pepper. I really like the flavor
that the association of lemon pepper and Dijon mustard bring to the mixture.
The difficult part while making this recipe was to put the yolk mixture into
the egg whites. To garnish the preparation, I used fresh cilantro instead of Paprika.
