This week I cooked ground pork with mushrooms and potatoes

Uncooked and Cooked Potatoes
Ingredients:
-Salt
-Pepper
-Olive oil
-Potatoes
-Ground Pork
-Mushrooms
Reflection:
I made the ground pork and mushrooms as my protein for two or three days to go with the potatoes or rice I make every day. In order to make this I sliced up my potatoes, slathered them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and put them in the air fryer(oven) at 400 for 26 minutes. While the potatoes were cooking I heated up some olive oil in a pan, then cooked my ground pork and mushrooms. I like to make this meal because it's easy to make and it's just meal preparation for the next few days so I don't have to cook later. I can also change the protein and starch depending on what I'm feeling like eating when I go shopping.
