Today is my High-carb day, so i decided to make the delicious and high carbonhydrate food--sushi.

Ingredients:
Rice vinegar
Pickels
Crab stick
Sushi nori
Steaks
Sushi rice
Sausage
Steps:
1)Cook the rice
2)Cook the steaks and sausage, slice them
3)Heat up the carb stick
4)Put two table spoons of rice vinegar and mix it with the rice
5)Put the steak, carb stick and sausage strips on the rice
6)Cool the rice down
7)Use the sushi rolling mats to roll up the sushi(very tightly)
8)Cut the sushi into pieces
Reflection:
This is the first time i use the sushi making kits to make sushis, and it was a success! i like high protein food so i used chicken sausage and steaks and carb stick, but the texture was a little bit hard and dry, maybe i will try to put some wet food or sauce in the sushi to make it has better texture next time. And the rice was too wet, maybe cook the rice a little bit longer next time. Sushi can use as a refeed meal when i am using the carb-cycling diet, and it has really good flavor too, the rice gives me a good amount of carbonhydrate and the chicken sausage and steaks and carb sticks privide a lot of protein to me.
