Week 2:Go-to meal

For this week's cooking assignment, i namde one of my favorite go-to meals--Beef burger
Because today is my low-carb-day, and i have already taken enough carbonhydrate, so i decided to make a burger without the burger buns.

  Ingredients:

  Salt
  Black pepper
  A piece of cheese
  Two pieces of tomato
  Two pieces of ground beef
  Olive oil spary
  One piece of lettuce

  Steps:
  1) Season the beef with black pepper and salt
  2) Spray the olive oil when the pan is heated up
  3) Put both pieces of beef on the pan and fry for 2 mins each side
  4) Put 1 piece of chese between two burgers
  5) Wrap them up and wait for 5 mins, the temperature will make them fully cooked
  6) Add tomatos and lettuses up

                                                                                                                              Reflection:
This is a really easy go-to meal to make, and i am also a big fan of classic burgers. According to Healthy eating plate, olive oil is a kind of healthy oil. Tomatos and lettuses can provide us vitamins, and it can help with getting rid of the too oily taste. And from My food as medicine plate, the beef is a source of protein and fat. There is no whole grains, or fruits(Is tomato a vegie or fruit?) or dairy in this.
