I decided that I wanted to start the week off right and make myself a good breakfast. For this omelet because I was also in a pinch for time I made pretty basic and didn't add too many ingredients. First I diced up a part of an onion and cracked a couple eggs and beat them up in a small bowl. After adding some milk and stirring the eggs some more the egg was ready, after throwing in the shredded cheese and diced onions it was ready for cooking up. For this I used a medium sized non-stick pan and used a small smear of butter to do the cooking. After waiting for the butter to melt and the pan to heat up it was ready to go. Then added the egg mixture and waited about 5 minutes for one side to cook then flipped it over and did the same. After a couple more minutes the omelet was ready to eat and it was pretty good.
