Currently, my pantry is pretty much empty. Only things we do have are seasonings and leftovers, and staples such as peanut butter, jelly, eggs. We ran out of butter. We do have adequate supplies for cooking though. We've got essentials such as some pans, pots, spatulas. Pretty much just the very basic needs.

This week I got some salmon, asparagus and onions from my mom. First I diced the onions, threw olive oil on a heating pan and caramelized them. I let the onions sit there and do its thing, until midway I seasoned it with salt to taste. Midway through the onions, I got another pan and started on the salmon. I seasoned the salmon and threw on heated pan skin down first. Cooked for around 4-5 minutes then flipped and cooked until firm and browned. Onions and fish was done, so I pan roasted some asparagus real quick. I then grabbed leftover rice, eggs, soy sauce and diced onions and made fried rice.
