I just started to use Carbcycling as my Weight loss method, so I made this chicken just to reach my daily fat and protein need. And this is easy to make too!
I made this recipe myself, my mom gave me some advice about how to marinate the chicken. Since i started to workout, the most frequent word i heard is chicken breast, my friends told me that chicken breasts have high protein and low fat and carlorie, so i started to eat a lot of chicken breast. But the chicken breast are hard to cook because they will be dry and overcooked so easily, so i started to invent a way that make chicken breast more juicy and delicious. After a lot of times of experiment, I finally find this way to cook chicken breast that can make them juicy and deliciuous. The tip is to add one teaspoon of corn starch, that can help with locking the juice inside of the chicken.
Chicken with Vegatables
Ingredients:
Chicken
Mixed Vegies
Half of an onion
Olive oil spray
Corn starch
Oyster sauce
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Cooking wine
Garlic Powder
Cooking steps:
1) Cut the chicken into little cubes
2)Cut the onion into little cubes
3)marinate the chicken with mix of Oyster sauce, Light&dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and Corn starch for 30 mins
4)When the pan is heated up, spary the olive oil on it
5) Fry the onion until it smells good
6)put the chicken in it and fry it with onions
7)Put mixed vagetables in it
8) Put garlic powder in it
9)Fry it until the chicken is fully cooked
Reflection:
The chicken is as juicy as usually, everything went successfully during the process. But there is one thing very important to remember is that chicken can have salmonella so we have to fully cook it so that we can safely eat it. And because of adding the corn starch in the chicken, so the chicken is very easy to be stuck at the bottom of the pan, so i have to stir the whole dish the whole time. I am still pround of myself making food for myself, and i will have a feeling of satisfing after making the dishes.
